How do we measure Category Buyers?

Category buyers refers to the percentage of people who buy within a specific category–for example, those who subscribe to a streaming service. We work with you to define your product category before tracking begins.

We measure categories by asking respondents a question like, "How often do you buy [product category]?” Respondents choose from options like "(almost) daily" "a few times monthly" and "never."

The results showcase the percentage of people purchasing products in your category, along with the socio-demographic profile of these buyers. You can also track how category buyers change over time.
